Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely!
Simply, place your order through the website, and when you get to shipping options, select Pickup. Select our Crows Nest store. Bring either a copy of your receipt, the credit card that paid for the order, or a photo ID with a name that matches the order. You will find a pick up desk in store at Crows Nest.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do! Click here to buy a gift voucher for an amount of your choosing. Your gift voucher will be sent out via email.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip and gift cards.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! We currently only ship within Australia.
How do I track my Parcel?
You will have received a tracking number on your invoice, if this doesn't happen or you have a problem please contact us.
What do I do if my parcel hasn't arrived?

How do I return my order?
If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we will take it back and refund you the full amount you paid for the item within 30 days of when you received it – so long as it is unopened and still in resalable condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We do out best to make sure everything is posted out in a way to minimize damage, but sadly sometimes things do go wrong. If a product arrives damaged, please email us a photo of it. We will either send a replacement or give you a replied paid address to send it back and we will give you a full refund including postage costs you would have paid.
Can I return sale items?
Yes you can so long as it is within 7 days of you receiving it and items are in their original packaging.
Do you gift wrap items?
We offer $5 gift wrapping service for all our paying customers. Your gift, should you elect to use this service, will be carefully wrapped in our signature Professor Plum wrap with ribbon and a personalised gift tag. No price tag will be attached to your gift.
How much is shipping?
Within Australia shipping is $9.95 flat rate and free for orders over $120.
