We strung multiple crystals over our decking and they cast beautiful dancing rainbows around the yard every day when the sun is starting to down. It is magical. I want to try hanging them in the windows next, to see if they will create the same effect inside.

Lovely

The inventors of the Discovery Microscope Set are to be congratulated. Thirty pieces, each with its own place, pack snugly in a sturdy compact carry case.
There are five prepared slides (my favourite is the onion skin) plus seven blanks complete with labels.
The three objectives on the turret allow magnifications of 100x , 400x and 1200x.
All the accessories provide for a wide range of activities, many of which can be found in the excellent “Instructions and Experiments” booklet which of course has its own special place in the carry case.
At less than $100, it is a bargain for anyone seeking something special for a bright youngster with an enquiring mind.

My Grandson loves it

This looks so exciting! There are so many parts to play and experiment with and Miss 9 and Miss 11 are living it! Surprisingly good for collaborative play

Nothing much to say

Lovely Kite

It's big, it's beautiful

This is a terrific book. When he was starting school I asked him what he hoped to learn.
He said: “Well I know everything about dinosaurs and raptors but there are things I’d like to know about whales.”
Alexander, this the booklet for you!
Comprehensive, but also using simple language, it ticks all the boxes:
Covers ALL Australian marine mammal species,
Beautifully illustrated (one would buy it for the photographs alone),
Firmly linked to the Australian context (tips on where to see particular species, for example), and
Covers conservation issues well.
It is thoroughly indexed.
And, for the keen reader, offers a list of further reading.
A real gem of a booklet

My son loves this series of plush toys. It’s an added bonus that they are a learning tool for diseases and medical terminology.

This set of Galilean moons are wonderful. They come in a nice display box

Very cute, felt like a blast from the past when I received this. Also like the information/facts shared on box
