Fossil Shark Tooth Pendant

These pendants are genuine fossils that have been painstakingly reconstructed and then moulded to make a replica of the shoal before it was secreted in the Earth's crust, where it has remained for about 25 million years. It took skilled craftspeople hours to add detail after detail, such as striations and spines, until they were satisfied with their work - not unlike when your parents took you on vacation decades ago.

This fossil is much more than just an educational trinket; when worn around someone’s neck, this shark tooth may be all that's left of this ancient creature at the bottom of our seas. That makes these teeth mere reminders that we're civilized humans swimming in a vast ocean without protection

Returns Policy:
