My Fossil Collection

An excellent starting point for your fossil collection. This small bag contains genuine specimens that are millions of years old along with a small magnifying glass to view them. With a small description of each included fossil, My Fossil Collection is both highly collectable and educational. Some of the fossils you may receive are:

Shark Tooth -sharks appeared over 300 million years ago. Their skeletons are made of cartilage, which is rarely fossilised, but their teeth are very durable.

Crinoid – marine animals that live in the shallow waters and in the depths of up to 6000 metres. They date back to 488 million years ago

Gastropod – more commonly known as snails and slugs. There are at least 15,000 different prehistoric species

Ammonite – thrived in the seas during the time of the dinosaurs and ranged in sizes from a penny to a tractor tyre

Brachiopod – marine animals that have shells on their upper and lower surfaces, that are hinged together at the rear
