Each of these enamel pins is one of the mission patches for a famous space mission. 

Vostok 3 (Russian: Восток-3) was a spaceflight in 1962 by the Soviet space program to determine of the human body to function in conditions of weightlessness. It orbited Earth 64 times (almost 4 days in space) – something that NASA would not accomplish for another 3 years.
Apollo 11 was the NASA spaceflight that landed humans on the moon in 1969 with Commander Neil Armstrong, lunar module pilot Buzz Aldrin, and command module pilot Michael Collins. Armstrong became the first person to step onto the lunar surface.
Apollo 13 was the 3rd NASA spaceflight that was intended to land on the moon, launched in 1973. The lunar landing was aborted after an oxygen tank exploded two days into the mission forcing the crew to survive in the lunar module. With makeshift repairs the crew returned to Earth safely 6 days after launch,
Interkosmos (Russian: Интеркосмос) was a Soviet space program, designed to help the Soviet Union's allies with manned and unmanned space missions. It was started in 1967, with it’s first flight I 1977, and the last flight in 1988. Joint manned spaceflights enabled 14 non-Soviet cosmonauts with the first black and Hispanic person in space and the first Southeast Asian person in space.
The NASA insignia, nicknamed the "meatball," was designed by employee James Modarelli in 1959. The design incorporates references to different aspects of the mission of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. The round shape of the insignia represents a planet. The stars represent space. The red v-shaped vector represents aeronautics. The circular orbit around the agency's name represents space travel.
The Hubble telescope has had 5 servicing missions to improve its capability. This insignia is for the second mission in 1997 that installed instruments to extend its wavelength range into the near infrared for imaging and spectroscopy, allowing us to probe the most distant reaches of the universe and replacement of failed or degraded spacecraft components to increase efficiency and performance.
